What is signaturin?

signaturin is an AI-native email signature management platform for Google Workspace. Administrators design on-brand signature templates, sync their employee directory, and deploy signatures to every employee’s Gmail send-as settings from a single web dashboard.

Who is signaturin for?

signaturin is built for modern teams of 25–500 employees that run on Google Workspace and care about how their email looks — primarily technology startups, marketing-driven SMBs, and Workspace-managed agencies in the US and EU.

What problem does signaturin solve?

Email signatures are usually inconsistent, out of date, and impossible to update centrally. signaturin makes signatures a managed brand surface: design once, assign by org unit or group, and push to every inbox in minutes — with AI drafting, click analytics, and scheduled campaign banners on top.

Does signaturin work with Microsoft 365 or Outlook?

Not yet. signaturin is purpose-built for Google Workspace and uses Google’s native APIs (Directory and Gmail Settings) to deploy signatures server-side. Microsoft 365 support is on the roadmap but is not yet available.

Setup & integration

How long does signaturin take to set up?

Most teams connect their Google Workspace, design a first template, and push it organisation-wide in under five minutes. After that, directory sync and signature deployment run automatically as employees join, change roles, or leave.

What permissions does signaturin require in Google Workspace?

signaturin requests the minimum scopes needed for the features you enable: read access to the Workspace Directory (to populate templates), and read/write access to Gmail send-as settings (to deploy signatures). signaturin does not request, see, or store the contents of any email message.

Do my employees need to install anything?

No. Because signaturin writes signatures server-side via Google’s Gmail Settings API, end users do nothing — the signature simply appears in their Gmail compose window the next time they send an email.

How does directory sync work?

signaturin reads your Google Workspace Directory on a schedule (and on demand) to keep employee names, titles, departments, phone numbers, photos, and group memberships current. New hires get their signature on day one. Title changes propagate within minutes.

Features

How does the AI signature generator work?

Describe the signature you want in plain language — “minimal, with my title and a meeting link” — and signaturin drafts three on-brand variants using a large language model. You can also drop your company domain and signaturin extracts your brand kit (logo, colors, tone) automatically.

Can I assign different signatures by department, role, or group?

Yes. signaturin’s rule engine lets you target by organisational unit, group, individual user, or any combination, with priority ordering for overlapping rules. The same template can be variant-driven (for example, a different CTA for sales vs. engineering).

Can I schedule signature campaigns?

Yes. signaturin lets you schedule signature campaigns — for example, a webinar invite for one week, a Black Friday banner for ten days, a product-launch CTA on launch day — that start and expire automatically without further admin work.

Does signaturin track link clicks?

Yes. Every link in a signaturin signature can be tracked through a privacy-respecting redirect endpoint. The dashboard shows clicks by team, by campaign, in real time, with no cookies set on the email recipient.

Can I use custom HTML or CSS in templates?

Yes. signaturin templates are rendered server-side from a structured layout plus inline-safe HTML, which means they look correct in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and major mobile clients. You can author templates visually or paste HTML directly.

Pricing & billing

How does the free trial work?

Every new Workspace gets 10 free signature deploys — no credit card. Each deploy (pushing a signature to one employee) uses one credit. When the 10 credits are gone, you subscribe to keep deploying. Existing signatures keep working forever; the credits only gate new deploys.

How much does signaturin cost?

After the 10 free deploys, signaturin is $1 per Workspace user, per month. Annual billing and Scale-plan discounts are available for larger organisations — contact sales@signaturin.com.

What happens when I run out of free credits?

The next deploy attempt prompts a friendly upgrade screen. Existing signatures already deployed remain in your employees' inboxes — nothing is removed. Subscribe to resume new deploys; the change is instant.

Do credits expire?

No. The 10 free trial credits stay on your account until you use them, however long that takes.

Are deploys to the same person counted multiple times?

Yes — each deploy event consumes one credit, including re-deploys after a template change. When you subscribe, deploys are unlimited, so template iteration costs nothing during the paid plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

signaturin subscriptions are sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle accepts all major credit and debit cards, plus several regional payment methods, and handles local taxes and invoicing automatically.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from the in-app billing page in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — there are no exit fees, and existing signatures continue to display.

Do you offer refunds?

Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans are non-refundable for periods already started, but you can cancel future renewals any time. If something failed on our side, contact us and we will work toward a fair resolution. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Security & compliance

Is signaturin GDPR compliant?

Yes. signaturin processes personal data on documented legal bases (typically contract performance and legitimate interests), supports data-subject rights such as access, deletion, and portability, and offers a Data Processing Addendum on request for business customers.

Can signaturin read my company’s emails?

No. signaturin only reads and writes Gmail send-as settings via Google’s official APIs. It does not request, see, or store the contents of any email message, attachment, draft, thread, or inbox. The scope to read messages is never requested.

Does signaturin comply with Google’s API policies?

Yes. signaturin’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. signaturin does not use Google user data for advertising and does not allow humans to read Google user data except in narrow, disclosed circumstances.

Where is signaturin’s data stored?

Customer data is hosted in modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. The data centre regions depend on the deployment selected at sign-up; we offer EU residency for customers that require it.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

SOC 2 Type I is on the roadmap. In the meantime, signaturin operates with least-privilege production access, encrypted backups, dependency scanning, and an incident-response process — and provides a security overview to customers on request.

Can we sign a Data Processing Addendum (DPA)?

Yes. signaturin offers a standard DPA — including EU Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers — to business customers. Email legal@signaturin.com to receive a copy.

How signaturin compares

How is signaturin different from Exclaimer?

Exclaimer is an established enterprise signature platform with broad Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace coverage. signaturin is purpose-built for Google Workspace, takes an editorial design-first approach, includes native AI signature generation, and is priced for smaller, modern teams ($2/user/month vs. Exclaimer’s typical $1.50–$2.50/user/month with annual minimums).

How is signaturin different from WiseStamp?

WiseStamp is widely used by individuals and small teams; its central admin product targets up to a few hundred employees. signaturin focuses specifically on Google Workspace admins of 25–500 person teams, leans on AI drafting and brand-kit extraction, and exposes click analytics and campaigns as first-class surfaces rather than add-ons.

How is signaturin different from CodeTwo?

CodeTwo is a Microsoft-first signature service running through Exchange transport rules. signaturin is Google-first, deploys signatures directly to Gmail send-as via Google’s APIs (so signatures appear in employees’ Sent folders, not only when received), and ships AI-assisted signature generation natively.

Why use signaturin instead of letting employees set their own signatures?

Self-managed signatures are inconsistent, drift over time, and miss every campaign or rebrand. signaturin enforces a single source of truth: design centrally, target by group, push automatically as people join or change roles, and measure click-through on every link.
